Beachwood Community Garden

Community Garden Overview

The 64 individual community gardens are located adjacent to the Beachwood Community Center and available to Beachwood Residents ONLY.

Access to the Community Gardens is via the Beachwood Community Center parking lot or through the tennis courts (parking at the Aquatic Center parking lot.)

The 64 Douglas fir wooden boxes are 8’ x 8’ in size. Each wood box is lined with landscape fabric, a layer of wash gravel and topped with a mix of top soil and humus.

Interested gardeners need to bring their plant material and planting utensils. Full sun and water are on-site. The area is completely fenced to protect the plant material and each gardener will be provided a key code for access.

Gardens will be open and ready for planting on Monday, May 24, 2021.   Completed applications can be faxed to 216.292.1976. Please be sure to include verification of residency (drivers license and current utility bill) and your credit card number for payment.
