Registration System Outage
Due to a nationwide outage affecting our third-party registration vendor which initially occurred on Thursday, February 26, all program registration is currently unavailable. The outage has impacted access for both customers and our staff, making in-person registration also unavailable.
We are actively monitoring progress with the vendor and will provide updates as additional information becomes available.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as the outage is being resolved.
Summer Camp Registration Adjustments
To ensure fairness and equal access, we are adjusting the upcoming summer camp deadlines:
- Resident Early Bird rates will be extended three additional days once the system is restored.
- Non-resident registration remains scheduled for Monday, March 2 at 9:00 AM. If online access has not been restored by that time, registration will open as soon as the system becomes available.
