Each clinic is designed to be laser-focused on 1-2 areas for improvement. Each clinic’s focus is different; and will teach strategies and concepts through drills and implementation.
Sessions run from 5:30-7:30 PM and include an optional hour from 7:30-8:30 PM to put your new skills into practice.
NOTE: These clinics are NOT introductory, but designed for the regular pickleball player looking to advance their game to the next level. It is recommended that you are playing at a 3.75+ level for these clinics. All sessions will run rain or shine. Classes are limited to an 8:1 student to teacher ratio.
JUNE 26 - HIGH LEVEL EFFECTIVE NET PLAY: Strategic Dinking and Strategic Speed-Ups, followed by applying into game-play!
JULY 3 - HIGH LEVEL ATTACKING, DEFENDING STRATEGIES, ADVANCED COURT POSITIONING: Positioning tactics will be taught, then we will apply them!
JULY 17 - HOW TO TURN YOUR 3RD SHOT INTO A GAME-WINNING WEAPON (Drops AND Drives): Advanced drills loaded with tactical goodies! Pro PickleBill will teach how to play competitive drilling with scoring!
JULY 24 - HOW TO BEAT THE “BANGER” ADVANCED SETUP PLAYS: Attack and counter-attack! Be prepared to WORK HARD and bring EXTRA WATER.
JULY 31 - COMPETITION NIGHT I: First we will teach HOW Advanced Players & Pros warm-up with 3 time lengths depending on how much time you have before a competitive match. The balance of the evening will consist of playing with different partners and we will tally all of your individual # of points earned in each match.
AUGUST 7 - COMPETITION NIGHT II: Please plan to sign up with a partner. This is designed as a night for you to get IMMEDIATE feedback in your playing with a partner that you would like to play frequently with. 90% of this clinic will be competitive matches with the SAME partner. We will tally all of your matches, tournament-style with W/L record, point differential, etc. to see WHO IS THE WINNING TEAM!
Residents: $49 per clinic
Nonresidents: $59 per clinic
