During extreme weather, it is important to note the following:
-It is important that customers call CEI to report their power outage. 1-888-LIGHTSS (1-888-544-4877)
-Power outages may be caused by downed power lines. Downed power lines can be deadly if encountered and any downed power line should be left alone and treated as an energized line.
-Being prepared is your best course of action before extreme weather events occur.
