7:00 PM: Kevin Wilson, author of the New York Times bestselling novel “The Family Fang” and Today Show book club selection “Nothing to See Here,” will be visiting the Beachwood Library tonight. “Nothing to See Here” is both hilarious and poignant – Wilson is a terrific talent! FRIDAY, November 15

12:00 PM – 1:30 PM: The Siegal Lifelong Learning Program will host David Rothenberg, associate professor and chair of the Department of Music, for a discussion titled “The Origins of Music at Notre Dame of Paris.” Rothenberg will discuss musical developments at the cathedral of Notre Dame of Paris at the time of its construction in the late 12th and early 13th Centuries that set the stage for much of what made the Western musical tradition distinctive in subsequent centuries. SATURDAY, November 16

9:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Ahuja Women’s Health Expo! Call 216-714-8351 to pre-register for screenings such as carotid vascular, hearing, hernia, lower-extremity vascular, memory, and skin cancer. Fireside chat, ask a doc, and cooking demonstrations will also be part of the event.

7:00 – 10:00 PM: It’s A Dark Night Fitness Fashion Experience hosted by The Combination Challenge (3355 Richmond Rd. Suite 181) and ALOOF Recs. The event will bring awareness to health & wellness in Cleveland’s fashion scene and will feature some of the hottest fitness, athleisure, and streetwear brands, plus excellent raffle prizes! VIP (includes private dinner at Blu, The Restaurant) and General Admission tickets are available online

SUNDAY, November 17

9:30 – 11:00 AM:
Visit the Mandel JCC for the Cleveland Jewish Book Festival annual Kids Day! Featuring Cookie Mouse, story time with PJ Library, The Bubble Lady, a Puppet Show with Mr. Zap, crafts, games and more! 3:00 – 4:30 PM: Reserve tickets now to hear the Beachwood High School Orchestra perform at the Milton and Tamar Maltz Performing Arts Center in Cleveland!  


MONDAY, November 18

5:00 PM: Pet nights with Santa are back at Beachwood Place! Dogs and cats only please. $10 for photos taken with your own camera or phone. No video. Limit three (3) photos per purchase.  Reservations can be made online!



Saturday, November 23: Beachwood Community Theater presents “Matilda The Musical,” starting today and running Fridays – Sundays through December 15 (no shows Thanksgiving weekend). Tickets are $9 general/$8 youth & seniors, cash/check only and available at the door. Performances take place at the state-of-the-art and wheelchair-accessible Beachwood Middle School auditorium (2860 Richmond Rd.).
