Honkin2015This Sunday, we hope you will join the City of Beachwood for an up-close and personal look at more than 30 different emergency, safety and work vehicles.

Honkin' Haulin' Hands-on-Trucks is our opportmity to share some of the City's vehicles with children (and adults) who admire them.  We invite you to get in the drivers seat of over 30 trucks including a:

  • Fire Truck
  • Ambulance
  • Garbage Truck
  • Police Car
  • Front End Loader
  • Dump Truck and more...

Each child will receive their own driver's license and keychain.  Photo opportunities will be plentiful.

Honkin' Haulin' Hands-on-Trucks is a day of exploration, education, imagination and fun.  We are happy to be hosting this free, public event for the 17th time.  Complimentary goodies, light refreshments and additional craft activities will e available.

I hope to see you on Sunday, September 18, from noon-3 p.m. at the Municipal Service Center, 23355 Mercantile Road.
