[ARCHIVED] Beachwood Receives Excellent Audit Opinion from State

The original item was published from October 2, 2015 2:41 PM to September 14, 2016 8:41 AM

I am happy to report the State Auditor’s Office has just issued an excellent, unqualified audit for our City with absolutely no findings for recovery.

A management letter from the Auditor’s Office further outlines specific items of business and how the City was either rightfully conducting business within the guidelines of its policies and procedures or has already addressed these items in prior audits.

I am looking forward to moving ahead without distraction to continue the good work we are doing in economic development and throughout the City.

I appreciate your continued support.

The Press Release and Management Letter can be found here.
