Master Plan

On June 20, 2016, City Council adopted the Beachwood Master Plan (PDF) and approved the creation of the Master Plan Advisory Committee. This committee consists of:

Many initial members were appointed at the April 3, 2017 Council Meeting. The initial term of appointed members shall expire on December 31, 2019; thereafter terms shall expire on odd-number years.

2015 Master Plan

On June 20, 2016, the Beachwood City council adopted the Beachwood Master Plan to act as the framework for the future development of the City and as a vehicle to all the City to prioritize the action items detailed in the Plan. Council also approved the creation of a Master Plan Advisory Committee to be composed of members of Council, the Administration, Planning and Zoning Commission, residents and business owners.
