Pickleball

The City of Beachwood Community Services Department has two pickleball courts which are located at the city tennis courts. The pickleball courts are striped on top of our existing tennis courts on courts #7 and #8.

Pickleball is a paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. The courts are open during regular hours and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pickleball paddles or balls can be purchased at Dick’s Sporting Goods or other sporting goods stores.  Equipment can be borrowed from the Tennis Court Kiosk Staff during summer supervised hours at the tennis courts.

Summer Pick Up Play: Offered June through August on Wednesday and Sunday evenings from 6-8 PM.
