Renting the Center
Beachwood residents and community groups are able to rent Beachwood Community Center rooms for meetings and functions. Each of the center's six rooms may be rented individually or combined to form a larger room. Rooms may be combined to comfortably seat 150 for dinner and up to 250 chairs-only for a lecture.
Prices from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays range from $30 an hour to $100 an hour, depending on size of room. Additional fees may be assessed for limited kitchen facilities, necessary police, or parking staff and clean-up.
Proof of Residency
Proof of residency is required at the time of booking. Please note falsification of proof of residency will result in the forfeiture of all fees. Two forms of proof must be presented for each rental. Examples include current utility bill and current driver’s license or state photo ID with address.

- 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Outside of regular hours with the following limitations:
- No earlier than 6 a.m.
- No later than 11 p.m. as the building must be vacated by this time
Reservations must include set-up and take-down. If using any kind of catering or entertainment, please remember their set-up / take-down time must be included. If a third party is used as a coordinator of an event (i.e. party planner, caterer, etc.) all communication is to be done via the renter.
