DHL Equpitment Sale

The City of Beachwood is seeking offers for the sale of approximately 600 linear feet of Power Automate Conveyor (belt over roller), approximately 100 linear feet of non-automate roller, two (2) MR4-18/64-24  Snout Max Reach telescopic conveyor including Cuba Scan 200 telescopic loader, and approximately eight (8) scales.  The above mentioned conveyor was recently in operation at the DHL Facility in Beachwood.  See the attached photos of the equipment.

Please contact the City’s Service Department at (216)292-1922 to arrange an appointment to view the equipment.  It is strongly recommended that you view the equipment to make sure you know what you are buying.  All equipment is sold “as is”.  The City’s preference is to sell entire conveyor system as one unit.  Preference will be given to purchasers of the entire unit, however if an acceptable offer is not received, the City reserves the right to sell individual pieces of the unit.  Scales may be purchased individually.  Sealed proposals must be received in the office of the Purchasing Supervisor by Friday, May 29, 2009.  Electronic proposals are acceptable and will be kept confidential.  The City reserves the right to reject all proposals.  Purchase must be paid by cash or certified check.  Equipment must be paid for and removed no later than Tuesday, June 30, 2009.
