NOPEC ELECTRICAL PROGRAM - BUDGET BILLING

As you know the City of Beachwood is a NOPEC member community, which gives our residents the ability to consider NOPEC when choosing their electrical supplier.      

As of right now all discounted supply agreements (such as the one NOPEC has with GEXA) do not allow for the supply portion of the bill to be on a budget basis.  Residents with NOPEC may continue to budget bill the transmission and distribution portion of their bill, but cannot budget the supply portion.

NOPEC recognizes this may cause a hardship for some residents and will be working with their supplier to see if it is possible to offer budget billing in the future.
