Resurfacing on Fairmount Blvd.

Weather permitting the resurfacing of Fairmount Boulevard east of Richmond Road to the I-271 Bridge is scheduled to begin Monday, October 22.  This phase should take from 3 to 5 work days.  During this time Fairmount Boulevard from Richmond Road to Brainard Road will be closed to thru traffic.  Motorists should use Shaker Boulevard by following the posted detour route.  Local traffic to Fairmount Boulevard, North Woodland Road, Allen Boulevard, Meadoway Drive, Ramsay Road, Fairmount Court, and Medfield Road will be maintained thru the work zone.  Local motorists should expect delays and exercise caution when traveling this section of Fairmount Boulevard.
