Notice is hereby given that on Monday, April 5, 2010 at 7:15 p.m. local time, pursuant to Beachwood Codified Ordinance Section 1101.35, a Public Hearing will be held regarding Proposed Ordinance No. 2009-151, amending the Fee Schedule of BCO Sections 1329.03, 1329.04, 1329.05, 1329,06 1105.04, and 1105.05 to address building and zoning permit fees for items not previously addressed, revise fees and add fee adjustments and clarifications for the City of Beachwood, at the Beachwood Council Chambers, 25325 Fairmount Boulevard, Beachwood, Ohio.

The Proposed Ordinance No. 2009-151 is on file and available for public inspection in the Office of the Clerk of Council, 25325 Fairmount Boulevard, Beachwood, Beachwood, Ohio 44122, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M..
