Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Dates and Submission
Requirements
Meeting Dates:
- Last Thursday of every month
- 7:00 p.m. Call to verify
Submission Deadlines:
- 12 noon on the Thursday three (3) weeks prior to the
meeting.
Submission Requirements:
- A cover letter requesting to be placed on the agenda,
with an explanation of intent. Letter to include all necessary
information, including a full and complete statement, signed
by a principal of the corporation or partnership for an
individual representing ownership, including:
- The location of the property
- The present use of the property
- The proposed use of the property
- A general statement regarding the type of building
or addition to be constructed, including its height
and square footage
- The estimated cost of the proposed improvements and
land
- A statement regarding the identity of the applicant,
together with such other information as the applicant
may determine to be appropriate.
- Fifteen (15) complete sets of plans. The proposed site
development plan locating the building and improvements
intended to be developed if approved. Printed on the site
plan shall be a "box score" listing:
- All of the zoning code requirements for the proposed
use,
- The actual dimensions shown on the site plan, and
- The amount of any variance requested
