Architectural Board of Review Permit Application Requirements
Meeting Dates:
- First and third Tuesday of every month
- 7:00 p.m. Call to verify
Submission Deadlines:
- 12 noon on the Thursday prior to each meeting.
Submission Requirements:
- Two (2) sets of complete plans, including a site plan
providing measurements to all property lines.
- Energy calculations (for new houses and room additions).
- Photographs of the location at which the project is to
be constructed and the neighboring properties.
- A completed building
permit application (780K PDF).
- A check for the appopriate fee.
- Tree survey (for new houses).
- Color renderings (for signs and commercial buildings).
- Color and material list for all exterior components,
for all projects.
